This is by far one of the best companies I have worked for. From profit sharing, a healthy team environment to increased family time. Company management truly cares about every single one of their employees, which, in this day and age is very rare.

I've worked for my fair share of auto shops and I can say genuinely that my time with Integrity 1st so far has been unlike the others. They do push you to improve, provide coaching and policies that take you out of your comfort zone. I was actually rewarded for my improvements and moved up within the company! There is light at the end of the tunnel and a lot of opportunity for me. Not every day is roses and sunshine, but I love what I do and I like that the company culture aligns with my goals.

Prior to joining Integrity 1st, I had been at my previous employer for over half a decade. It was not an easy switch to make, but I took a leap of faith and I am so glad I did. Since joining in 2020, I have experienced nothing but personal and professional growth. While it does take lots of hard work and self-motivation; the targets and objectives given to me are clear and I'm not given unrealistic or vague feedback.

Being an administrator with Integrity 1st Auto has been an incredible surprise. The clean and organized environment surpassed my expectations of an auto repair shop. They understand my responsibilities as a mother at home and accommodate my schedule. The learning opportunities have been immense, and I've grown so much in this role. I have been with the company for over 2 years and I look forward to work every day. Some of the reasons I chose this company over others is the since of family and respect everyone has for each other, from the owner all the way down to Lube techs. When techs need help, others will stop and help them out. I like the dealer alternative setup, the way we warranty our work, Uber our customers home and back and putting the customer needs first. I go home with a feeling of accomplishment each day and this is seen in our customers reviews.
